She is a natural with horses!

I photographed this beautiful little girl who is not so little any more. Her mother and I used to be in a play group with our children before they all started elementary school. I remember when Little Miss E was tiny and now she is riding horses! I have to admit, I am usually intimitated by such large animals but the horses at Shannon's farm are so gentle and loving and I never thought twice about it! This was a first for me, as I have never photographed horses before but I loved it and the venue was beautiful. It had rained all day and I was worried we would have to cancel, but it stoped about 1 1/2 hours before we were scheduled to meet.  It turned out to be beautiful with the light, the fall colors, and especially Little Miss E.
